a short business meeting of Bursledon parish council) at the Village
Hall, Long Lane, Bursledon

2. Minutes of the parish Annual Assembly held on 11 April 2007.
3. Presentations of certificates of honour.
4. To receive the annual report of the Parish Council
5. To receive the annual statement of Parish Council accounts for the
year ended 31 March 2007 together with the audit certificate for the
year 2006-2007.
6. To receive the observations of the County/Borough Councillors for
the Parish.
7. To receive a report from Martin Coulson, local area
co-ordinator.
8. To receive a report from Patrick Holden, Hampshire Constabulary.
9. Public session.
