9.1  Silver Birches, Dodwell Lane, Bursledon – Construction of 3 no. 3 bed town houses and 2 no. 1 & 2 bed flats in 2 blocks with associated landscaping and parking following demolition of existing dwelling.  (Case Officer: Dawn Errington  Case Ref:  F/07/60291).  REFUSE PLANNING PERMISSION.
 
9.2  Ground Floor Hamble Lodge, Hamble Lane, Bursledon – change of use of ground floor office to Physiotherapy/Chiropractic Clinic (D1 use).  (Case Officer:  Narinder Phagura  Case Ref:  F/07/60645).  PERMIT.
 
9.3  Wayside, Kew Lane, Bursledon - Construction of 3 storey side extension, terrace and dormer window to side; conversion of garage and erection of detached carport.  (Case Officer: Narinder Phagura.  Case Ref: C/07/60935).  PERMIT.

10.1  To approve and sign the payments list and to approve the monthly accounts, summary income and expenditure by budget heading, and balance sheet. (Papers previously circulated to Members).

12.  COMMUNITY INVESTMENT PROGRAMME (CIP) PROJECTS
 
12.1  To consider possible future projects.

14.  RECYCLING BINS AT GREAT DOWN PARK
 
To consider the feasibility of removing these bins.
