and the Parish Clerk (the Minutes were subsequently taken by Cllr Millar).

3. Minutes of the meeting of 12 September 2007
The minutes were agreed and signed.
4. Matters arising from the minutes of 12 September 2007

5. Planning applications received from Eastleigh Borough Council
5.1 Land Acres, Heath House Lane, Hedge End – Construction of
replacement dwelling (amended design) following removal of existing mobile
home and day room. (Case Officer: Gary Osmond Case Ref:
F/07/61158).
Members discussed this application.
Cllr House proposed, Cllr Madsen seconded NOT TO OBJECT with 4 Members
voting in favour, 2 Members voting against and the 2 LAC Members abstaining.
5.2 Silver Birches, Sunnyfield Rise, Bursledon – Construction of
3 no. detached dwellings with associated parking, engineering works and new
footpath, following demolition of existing dwelling. (Case Officer:
Andy Grandfield Case Ref: F/07/61237).

Cllr Clarke proposed, Cllr House seconded NOT TO OBJECT with 5 Members
voting in favour, 1 Member voting against and the 2 LAC Members abstaining.
5.3 Stable Cottage, School Road, Bursledon – Prior notification
of intent to coppice 1 no. Hazel, top 1 no. Lawson Cypress, crown lift and
thin 1 no. Turkey Oak and crown reduction to 1 no. Beech Tree (6 week

Cllr Madsen proposed, Cllr Woodhouse seconded and all Members voted
unanimously NOT TO OBJECT.
5.4 4 Ashley Court, Providence Hill, Bursledon – Lopping of Pine
Tree. (Case Officer: Ben Abbatt Case Ref:
T/07/61239).
Cllr Clarke proposed, Cllr Woodhouse seconded and all Members voted
unanimously NOT TO OBJECT.
6. Planning decisions notified by Eastleigh Borough Council
6.1 1 St George Close, Bursledon – two storey side extension &
conversion of garage to form habitable room. (Case Officer:
Narinder Phagura Case Ref: F/07/60729). REFUSE PLANNING
PERMISSION.
6.2 108 Lionheart Way, Bursledon – single storey side extension
& new access to Lionheart Way. (Case Officer: Narinder Phagura
