Apologies had been received from Cllr Allen, Cllr Craig, Cllr Holes,
Cllr House, Cllr Lippold, Cllr Milne, Cllr Misselbrook, Cllr Moneypenny,
Cllr Ralph and Cllr Woodhouse.
Due to the fact that this meeting was not quorate, all items from this
Agenda were deferred until the next meeting, which is the AGM to be held
on Wednesday, 27 May 2009 at 7 pm in the Village Hall.
The meeting closed at 7.03 pm.
