2 Bursledon Windmill (4.2)
- further correspondence with the Head of the County Museum service and
an offer to attend a meeting with the new Curator of the Windmill.
3 Bursledon Signage (4.3) –
identification by members of problems
4 Proposed new Bursledon Centre
at Lowford – update following Emergency Extraordinary meeting of users
of Bursledon Community Centre.

1 Diccon Bright: Parish Profile containing lots of
useful information, including statistics and maps, about Bursledon for
inclusion in the Parish Plan.
2 Stephen Lowy, County Museums Manager, or Tom de Wit,
Curator for Bursledon Windmill will attend the September meeting *
7 QUESTIONNAIRE WORKING PARTY REPORT
1 Sections on ‘Housing’ and ‘Community Facilities’ and design of
Cover to be approved
2 Costings for printing of Questionnaires and Cover to be
approved
3 Proposal: “That, this Steering Group approve the Working
Party’s recommendation that the offers of 1) Scene-Media to
circulate the first instalment of the Parish Plan Questionnaire with the
October/ November magazine and b) ESPOPF to organise the FREEPOST
facility be accepted.
4 Julia Norman’s comments on draft Questionnaire sections to
be reported.
